This was our first experience using a catering service at home, so we really appreciate all you did: helping us to customize the menu, creating an exquisite dinner which was beautifully presented, providing impeccable service, and leaving our kitchen and dining areas tidy and spotless. What a wonderful experience it was to have Katie and Jen cooking in our kitchen all day long! Our guests were very impressed with the meal, and this was the most relaxing and fun party we’ve every hosted. Kate, thank you for staying in close communication-- you visited us at home, responded promptly to emails, and kept in touch on a regular basis. That really decreased the stress level, and it means a lot!

My husband and I wanted to make the food at our May 2010 wedding reception a top priority in terms of flavor, creativity, and freshness. Like many others, we also had to keep our budget in consideration throughout the process. Kate and her crew met all of our expectations and more! She and her staff accommodated our wish list from the start; they even tested and created some meal options to adapt to our preferences (vegan and vegetarian fare) She helped us find a wine vendor as well so that we could add a personal touch to our reception, and put together a plan for better or worse in terms of weather for our outdoor venue. The food was amazing, and we are still getting compliments on how superb the meals were to this day! We will not hesitate to recommended or employ Kate and Spice of Life Caterers for another celebration, for our friends or ourselves. Spice of Life lavishly ~& cost effectively~ catered our campus ministry's annual "Late Night Fall Retreat" in October 2006.
