Tuscan Panzanella

A traditional salad dish from the Tuscan countryside of Italy! Finely diced Roma tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber are tossed with homemade croutons, Extra Virgin olive oil, and red wine vinegar. This dish is a fantastic choice in the summer, and is served with a Parmesan tuile.
